Symptoms:
This car has never seen a drop of wax, polish or any type of maintenance product. It is in serious need of some TLC.
Diagnoses:
Lots of deep scratches requiring a rough polish with many passes. Worst case the doctor has ever seen, most rewarding job to date.
Vauxhall Astra

Symptoms:
A mixture of light and deep scratches mainly caused by a "attended car wash" and a yellow sponge. This also gave plenty of the dreaded "swirl marks".
Diagnoses:
Vauxhall paint is softer than most so we dont need a very abrasive polish but rough enough to remove the deeper scratches, this is a tricky one but the final result was amazing.
Mazda 323

Symptoms:
Although this Mazda had been well looked after with regular polishing, over its seven year life it had picked up a few scratches and swirl marks.
Diagnoses:
Total swirl removal to richen that blue again.
Vauxhall Corsa

Symptoms:
Hellish swirls due to a previous lady owner clearly using a yellow sponge or worse... a drive through car wash!
Diagnoses:
Total swirl removal but carefully chose the polish as Vauxhall paint is generally quite soft in comparison to others.
